The panoramic pool deck is flanked by arched bathing cabanas furnished with circular Royal Botania beds. A Loro Piana striped theme runs throughout, adding a touch of vintage Slim Aarons seaside glamour, while an elevated cocktail bar is ideal for coffee, juices and evening sundowners.
The grounds and outdoor living
The estate’s dramatic, free-flowing, cactus-studded grounds enjoy superlative ocean views. An elegant, covered outdoor dining area sits alongside the swimming pool, while a separate elevated kitchen garden is perfect for large dinner parties and gatherings. Discreet private beach access leads from the pool terrace.
The Club Room
With a home screening system and bespoke pool table, the signature, multi-use Club Room lends itself to yoga and recreation by day. By night, the staffed marble bar, sultry lighting and pro-audio system combine to create a decadent private nightclub for up to 80 guests.
Indoor living and dining
The split-level indoor living is Fincadelica Xarraca’s all-seasons signature, a series of warm and luminous spaces that includes a fireside salon, sunken snug and sea-view library. The elevated dining area seats 18 at a bespoke wooden table flanked by Mexican-style upholstered chairs.
