Upon arrival, the sunken garden with fragrant Mediterranean planting, low-level lounge seating and atmospheric fire pits is Fincadelica’s main entry point. This space is perfect for champagne receptions and live music and is a remarkable taster of what the estate has to offer.
Just above the main finca, the elevated entertainment lawn is ideal for larger parties and styled dinners. This space can be accessed from the entrance steps from the entrance or from the far side of the house as the grounds flow up to the pool. Space is available for a satellite kitchen in this zone.
Alongside the sunken garden, the lower, open-air level of the entertainment pagoda can host 12o for a seated dinner and is fringed with bougainvillea and lavender. This area can be shaded or covered dependent upon the weather.
The limestone pool deck features a full-sized bar and vast covered lounge area with speakers, ideal for intimate gatherings, barbecues and daytime events when the swimming pool is in use.
The soundproofed cave with full bar, D&B sounds system and DJ booth can be used as an exclusive private night club. Cosy, sheepskin-clad alcoves and film projection equipment also make it the ideal space for movie screenings. With atmospheric lighting, goddess statuary and primitive tribal antiques, the cave is also perfect for ceremonies and rituals, workshops, wellbeing and workaway events for up to 120 people.
The panoramic upper deck offers extraordinary island views and is a versatile space that can be transformed depending upon seating and lighting. This space has a full bar, power, pro-audio equipment, lighted signage and space for 120 guests.
The elevated ceremony space is a rustic outdoor space that can be styled to suit any event. This is the highest part of the estate and can hold 250 people for extraordinary, themed events with panoramic sunset views across the heart of Ibiza.
