The House
Accessed by a winding stone camino, Fincadelica San Lorenzo sits at the head of a sheltered rural valley, where ancient stone terraces clad in apricot, olive and orange tumble downward toward a whitewashed village church.
The magnificent two-storey home occupies a privileged natural position with far-reaching countryside views across Ibiza’s fertile plains. Cool stone floors, grand archways and traditional sabina ceilings are an homage to Fincadelica’s storied past.
All of Fincadelica’s bedrooms are luminous, eclectic and supremely comfortable, with luxurious textures, natural fibres and thoughtful relaxation areas. One-off artworks and vintage treasures adorn the rooms, while bathrooms are elegant and inviting.

Slow living is the soul of Fincadelica and we encourage our guests to use their time with us to retreat, to reset, and to honour the estate’s connection to Mother Nature.
The relationship between the house and grounds is a fluid narrative, with an array of spectacular indoor-outdoors spaces suited to all seasons.
Both day-to-day running of the estate and any guest requirements are handled by the house manager. A team of live-in domestic staff take care of cleaning and pool maintenance, while a private chef prepares daily breakfasts.
