History + Heritage
One of Ibiza’s most noble rural estates, this historic farming finca has been occupied for over 350 years. The original layout adheres to plans laid out by Ibiza’s Phoenician settlers and its standout architectural features - ancient porch columns, a honeyed stone tower and a porticoed upper gallery – are echoes of the island’s pre-Christian past. Abandoned to the ravages of nature for almost half a century, the house was rescued and restored to its former glory by its current owner in 2021.
